- Keep your boarding pass, train, bus and taxi tickets.
- Get police report in case of robbery and traffic accident.
- Medical receipts should bear diagnosis.
- Get certifying letter from airline company for travel delay and loss of baggage's.
- In case of any liability issue claimed against you, don't try to settle or negotiate.

- Injury and sickness (unknown/ unexpected) of insured person or immediate family within 90 days before departure
Journey Interruption
- Injury and sickness (unknown/ unexpected) of insured person or immediate family.
Medical expenses
- Injury and sickness (acute in nature)
- Follow up expenses not exceeding HK$1,000,000 within 6 months.
Terrorist Attack
Any War, civil war, invasion, insurrection, revolution, use of military power or usurpation of government or military power will cover under following situations:
- Emergency medical expenses and assistance
- Personal accident
- Compassionate death cash
- Compassionate visit
- Child guard
Liability
- Death or accidental bodily injury to a third party
- Accidental loss of damage to property of a third party
- The maximum benefit is up to HK$2,000,000
